Robert is the founder and managing partner of our Firm. Prior to founding our Firm, he served as a manager in the long-term care consulting group of the Raleigh office of his former firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Robert has practiced public accounting for the last twenty-seven years. He has been in charge of numerous engagements ranging from large organizations to smaller, owner-operated businesses. Robert has extensive experience in all facets of the long term care industry, including corporate structure, reimbursement, corporate compliance, financing and litigation consulting. In addition, he also works with high-wealth individuals and closely held businesses. Robert is also experienced in nonprofit organizations, service industries, construction, manufacturing, retailing and real estate. He has assisted numerous clients with business planning, cash flow strategies and cash management, operating and capital budgeting, evaluating new projects and estate planning.

Robert is responsible for quality controls related to our Firm’s audit and accounting practice. He has significant experience in providing audit and attest services.

A lifetime resident of Johnston County, North Carolina, Robert is a graduate of North Carolina State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as an instructor for schools sponsored by the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
