- Langdon & Company's reimbursement specialists prepare and review Medicare and Medicaid cost reports. We emphasize reimbursement maximization and assuring all intermediary requirements are satisfied. We utilize specialized, intermediary-approved software to facilitate the preparation of cost reports.
Our Firm is also experienced in preparing Personal Care Services, Adult Care Home, ICF/MR and CAP/DA cost reports. In addition, we perform agreed-upon procedures required of Adult Care Homes by North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. - Budgeting

This support includes evaluating the desk review settlement, consultation during the field audit, evaluating proposed audit adjustments and attending the exit conference. If during this process it becomes necessary to appeal specific audit adjustments, we are experienced in assisting the provider during the appeal process including actually participating in the appeal process.
